Estimates, observed history and risk signals are not certified valuations, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice.

LupaImóvel is an independent service, with no ties to property portals or estate agency networks. We do not bulk-scrape listings, and we do not copy protected photos or descriptions.

These terms describe what the service is and is not, but they do not yet publish the information Portuguese law asks of an online service provider. Until it is here, we say what it is:

  • The identification of the service provider: name, tax number and address.
  • The applicable law and the competent jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
  • The link to the consumer dispute resolution platform and the competent arbitration body.
  • Payment terms and the right of withdrawal — which only start to apply once there are paid plans. We accept no payments today.
